Support

Getting help

Free Beta support is a person reading what you send. There is no ticket deflection, no chatbot and no promised response time, because none of those would be true.

If you can sign in

Open a request from the dashboard. It attaches your account, organization, project and the page you were on, so you do not have to retype any of it.

It never attaches your API key, an authorization header or a request body. A request_id identifies a call without containing it, and that is what to quote.

Open a request

If you cannot

Email beta@stonereason.com with the address you signed up with. Do not send a password or an API key; neither is ever needed to investigate anything.

Reporting a security problem

A vulnerability report is not a support ticket and should not sit in a queue behind one.

Send it to security@stonereason.com, or read /.well-known/security.txt. There is no bug bounty and nothing here promises payment. What is promised is that a report is read by somebody who can act on it, and answered.

Most useful: what you did, what happened, and the request_id if there was one.
